Our ordnance survey grid reference is TQ 56573 19358. We are off the main A267, between Cross in Hand and Horam, the main road is Little London Road and you need to turn off at Little London Garage down the little country lane and we are at the bottom of the hill.
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To confirm your reservation we ask for a deposit of £40.00 per double room and £20.00 for single occupancy. For reservations made within 7 days of arrival we take payment in full at the time of reservation. For bookings of 4 or more nights we ask for £100.00 deposit, for longer reservations, group bookings or bank holidays we may ask for a larger deposit. Cheques should be made payable to Jo Christie.
Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non refundable.
Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival or curtailment -we reserve the right to charge you in full for the first night not taken and then 2/3 of the remaining total cost of your reservation. If this causes you concern we strongly advise you to take out insurance cover at the time of booking.
Check In
Rooms are normally available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Please let us know your expected time of arrival, remember that turning up unexpectedly or at a much different time to the one agreed can be inconvenient as we may not be available at all times. Check out is normally 11.00am on the last morning but often an extension is possible.
